Our second multi-family project, this time a 4 unit townhome block in the wonderful community of Lynnwood-Ogden. The townhouses are family orientated with a 3 bedroom, 2 bath upper floor and an open concept kitchen, dining, living on the main floor including an additional powder and storage room. Each townhouse also includes a secondary garden suite with private entrance. The 1 bedroom + den plans are spacious and functional with shared on-demand hot water, separate HVAC, and heated concrete floors in the garden suites.
In design, the project features a contemporary James Hardie exterior in both horizontal lap and board & batten sections with full smart trim and cedar shake end gables. The interiors are modern with high quality finishes- commercial waterproof laminate flooring, tiled backsplash and tube shower surrounds, quartz countertops, gas appliances, and stain-master carpet.
